摘要：The present invention relates to a fermentation process which is useful for thesimultaneous production of propionic acid and vitamin 8, characterized in that it employsthe culturing, on a suitable culture medium, of at least one microorganism suitable forthe production of vitamin B and propionic acid, and in that the correspondingfermentation is carried out in continuous fashion and involves at least two successivestages, a first stage associated with the optimal production of propionic acid, and asecond with the optimal production of vitamin B.
