摘要：The present invention relates to a protein mixture and to a food compositioncomprising such a mixture for the nutrition of adults, athletes, the elderly, or personswho need to improve their physical condition, such as those who are sick, bedridden, in aweak condition, undernourished or suffering from sarcopenia. According to the invention,the protein mixture consists of a concentrate or isolate of 75 to 95 wt. % of soluble milkproteins and 5 to 25wt. % of pea proteins, relative to the total weight of the proteinmixture.
