摘要：The present invention relates to single specific and polyspecific polypeptides,particularly bind or interact with CD3. These polypeptides can be, but be not limited to,antibody, fragment, and scFvs is surprising, di-scFvs single domain antibodies, bispecificantibody, dual variable field binding protein and polypeptide comprising an antibody orantibody fragments. In one embodiment, a polyspecific polypeptide binds two T cellreceptor complexs in T cell and a tumour antigen to cause target-dependent T cellcytotoxicity, activation and proliferation.
