ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mobilise and demobilize offshore personnel to both on and offshore locations.
Schedule all crew changes for allocated vessels taking into account any key date conflicts and advise Offshore Personnel Lead of any issues/shortages.
Work in close co-operation with the Client preferred travel provider to organise travel and accommodation for offshore personnel.
Work in close co-operation with the Visa Department to ensure that all visas and work permits are obtained prior to mobilization.
Ensure certification for offshore personnel is verified as current and appropriate for working in the relevant offshore sector prior to their mobilization.
Provide support to the Offshore Personnel Lead with sourcing of offshore personnel.
Work in close co-operation with Administration team to ensure all relevant paperwork is raised for all new starts prior to their mobilization and chase any missing information prior to the payroll cut-off.
Advise offshore personnel (and their agencies where appropriate) of mobilisation details, including travel and accommodation arrangements where appropriate. Provide clients with copies of qualifications/certification as requested.
Check Daily Project Reports and Personnel On-board Reports on a daily basis and enter time and amend records where necessary via oracle global update and verify time already entered for payroll purposes and apply all scheduled crew changes within IPPS (Integrated Personnel and Payroll System).
Check payroll details on a weekly basis in relation to offshore start and end dates, saturation time, project/task code changes and sector changes.
Ensure all expenses are claimed correctly as per the process and in accordance with the payroll timetable.
Investigate all offshore related pay queries from personnel and respond to and rectify them in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with offshore personnel by maintaining regular communication, including vessel visits where practical.
Provide information/statistics on offshore workforce as requested by Offshore Personnel Lead and management.
Act as a focal point of contact for offshore construction personnel, answering telephone calls and e-mails and responding to all queries raised in a timely manner.
Provide cover and support for other Offshore Personnel Logistics Coordinators and Offshore Personnel Lead as and when required.
Participate in a weekly rota for Emergency out of Hours cover (one in seven).
Undertake other duties as may reasonably be required in line with the incumbent’s skills,
knowledge, abilities and personal development opportunities.
Materials Management - Provide drilling supervision for all Company Materials and
Logistics activities.
Develop and communicate plans for the safe and efficient back loading & unloading of materials.
Assist the offshore Drilling Supervisor in the planning, scheduling and delivery of all materials, rental services and Contractor personnel to well site to meet operational
requirements. maintain a list of approved storage locations, monitor adherence to usage of approved storage locations and takes remediation action as needed, coordinate and manage handling of company-owned materials in various storage yards, including supplier and third party locations, manage in-coming field materials and route per instructions, coordinate

issuing & receiving for material movements to and from repair shops, fabrication, coating, threading and inspection facilities (\"Service Facilities'') and supplier's locations, ensure that all stored material is adequately protected from deterioration or loss following established preservation process, and ensure that all transactions are correctly entered into Company's ERP system.
Scrutinize packing slips and pick ticket information for supplies received on daily basis for
accuracy and communicate over-shipments, shortages, damages, incorrect catalog numbers or quantities and PO's or unusual situation to appropriate manager. • Clean warehouse receiving area and sweep warehouse floor. • Actively participate in safety program. •
Organize the inside warehouse area, outside yard, trailer staging area, trash/scrap bin area, making sure all materials are put away in correct areas. • Comply with all Quality and Regulatory procedures. • Adhere to Materials Management policies and procedures. • Perform any and all other duties as required by the Manager Offshore/Radio Communication - Operation and Maintenance of on-board GMDSS
communications systems, helicopter, logistics, preparation of personnel on board lists, lifeboat and emergency muster lists, T-Card, record of OSV movements etc.
Port Control - In Charge of Port Control Radio Station. Communication and Coordination
with Marine Pilots, Ship’s Master’s, Tugs and other Units during Vessel’s Arrival and Departure. Taking stock of all Moments of Cargo Loading and Discharging taking place in Port and at Anchorage and passing the information to Higher Port Officials. Record keeping of all events during Ship’s arrival, Cargo Operations, siftings and departures. Informing Ship’s Masters regarding Local Harbour Rules. Assisting Pilots in administrative works. 1)Sep 2012 to Till date : As Vessel Administrator with Selective Marine Services, Dubai

their Drill-Support barge in Malaysia/PETRONAS Operations (short contract). 3). 22nd June 2009 to August 2010: worked with Selective Marine Services, Dubai on their
Jack-up Rig, as a Rig Co-ordinator , Offshore Iran (IOOC Operations)
