Since the motor housing has a space ()part between the electric motor and the output shaft, and oil that has lubricated theelectric motor and been scattered passes the space part and is supplied to the outputshaft bearing, the output shaft bearing supporting the output shaft of the differentialgear can be reliably lubricated with a simple structure without forming within a wall partof the motor housing an oil passage for lubrication, without disposing in the interior ofthe motor housing an oil pipe for lubrication, and without carrying out lubrication using alubricant such as a grease.
