1.Friends(朋友)

A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. 真正的朋友是一个可以援手帮助并感动你心扉的人。

There's always going to be people that hurt you,so what you have to do is keep on trusting and just be more careful about who you trust next time around.

别人常常伤害你，所以你该继续付出信任，并小心挑选你下次信任的人。

Make youself a better person and know who you are before you try and know someone else and expect them to know you.

How many people actually have 8 true friends?Hardly anyone I know.But some of us have all right friends and good friends.

4. A Forever Friend 永远的朋友

You find a special friend; 你会找到一个特别的朋友;

Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.

Your forever friend gets you through the hard times,the sad times,and the confused times.

你真正的朋友会与你一同度过困难、伤心和烦恼的时刻。

Your forever friend guides you and cheers you on. 真正的朋友会引导你，鼓励你。

And if you find such a friend, 如果你找到了这样的朋友，

You feel happy and complete, 你会快乐，觉得人生完整，

Just for today I will try to live through this day only and not tackle my whole life problem at once. I can do something for twelve hours that would appall me if I had to keep it up for a lifetime. Just for today I will adjust myself to what is, and not try to adjust everything to my own desires. I will take my \"luck\" as it comes.

Just for today I will try to strengthen my mind. I will study. I will learn something useful. I will not be a mental loafer. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration. Just for today I will exercise my soul in three ways. I will do somebody a good turn and not get found out: If anybody knows of it, it will not count. I will do at least two things I don„t want to do—just for exercise. I will not show anyone that my feelings are hurt: they may be hurt, but today I will not show it.

Just for today I will be agreeable. I will look as well as I can, dress becomingly, talk low, act courteously, criticize not one bit, and try not to improve or regulate anybody but myself. Just for today I will have a program, I may not follow it exactly, but I will have it. I will save myself from two pests: hurry and indecision.

Just for today I will have a quiet half hour all by myself and relax. During this half hour, sometime, I will try to get a better perspective of my life.

Just for today I will be unafraid. Especially I will not be afraid to enjoy what is beautiful, and to believe that as I give to the world, so the world will give to me.
