Guideline for Air Quality Assessment of Passenger Car

1 适用范围 Scope

本标准规定了车内空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛的浓度要求。

This standard stipulates concentration requirements of benzene, methylbenzene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein in passenger cars.

本标准适用于评价乘用车内空气质量。

This is standard is applicable to assess the air quality in passenger cars.

本标准主要适用于销售的新生产汽车，使用中的车辆也可参照使用。

This standard is applicable for new-made cars for sale, currently in-use cars can refer to this standard as well

3 术语和定义 Terminology and Definitions

下列术语和定义适用于本标准。

Following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.

乘用车 Passenger Car

按GB 7258 的规定，乘用车指在其设计和技术特征上主要用于载运乘客及其随身行李和、或临时物品的汽车，包括驾驶员座位在内最多不超过9 个座位。它也可以牵引一辆挂车。

As defined by GB 7258, a passenger car, by the design and technical features, is a vehicle mainly used to transport of passengers, their personal luggage, or temporary items, no more than 9 seats including driver’s seat. It is also allowed to tow a trailer.

4 技术要求 Technical Requirements

车内空气中有机物浓度执行表1 规定的要求。

In-cabin concentration of organic compounds are restricted as the requirements in Table 1

5 检验方法 Test Method

5.1 车内空气中有机物的浓度检测按HJ/T 400-2007 的规定进行。实施采样时，在HJ/T 400-2007 规定的环境条件下，受检车辆处于静止状态，车辆门、窗和乘员舱进风口风门均处于关闭状态，发动机和空调等设备不工作。 Tests of in-cabin concentration of organic compounds follow the clauses of HJ/T 400-2007. During sample collecting process, under the required circumstances by HJ/T 400-2007, tested vehicle should be in still condition, doors, windows, air inlets, and vents must be closed, devices like engine and air conditioning must be not in operation.

5.2 对可能影响检测结果的其他条件（如汽车出厂时的内饰状态改变与否、出厂与检测的间隔时间等），可由相关方协商约定。 Other conditions that can influence the testing results (e.g. interior modification after vehicle released from manufacturer, time between release and test), can be decided by negotiation between related parties.
