教材分析
本模块的话题是谈论“过去的生活”,该话题为学生所熟知,非常有利于开展听、说、读、写方面的语言实践活动。语法重点是学习含有动词be ( was/were ) 的一般过去时。通过操练,使学生在掌握语言结构的同时,既学习语言知识、感悟语言功能,又能够熟练介绍自己或他人过去的生活。本模块的 Learning to learn 栏目介绍了英式英语和美式英语的一些不同,通过学习学生可以加深对语言知识的理解。
设计理念
以题材为纲的功能——结构——运用性任务编写,着重培养学生运用英语的能力,同时体现外语教学的跨文化教育本质,坚持兴趣第一的原则,做到现实与未来相结合。
学情分析
第二单元以培养学生的读写能力为主,兼顾听说,并包括词汇、语法学习活动。主要教学活动有:Reading ( + Listening + Speaking + Vocabulary + Grammer + Learning to learn ),这一部分主要是与第一单元对话课文主题一致的阅读篇章,通过前一单元的听说活动,进行本单元的读写活动,为学生提供同一主题的不同呈现或输入方式,一方面通过阅读课文呈现相关主题的语言结构与词汇,进行基础语言知识和语言技能的训练,另一方面训练学生的阅读能力。 Writing ( + Vocabulary + Grammer + Reading + Speaking )
这一部分主要是根据阅读课文呈现的语法结构与词汇设计的写作活动,还有根据需要选择性地设计的词汇与语法、阅读与口语活动。 这样就在每一模块实现了听说读写的综合学习,实现了语言结构与词汇的学习与运用训练。
课前准备
教师设计好导学稿、课件,学生做第二单元的课前导学。
