A micro-lens element can be aligned on a reference plane having aspecific region, and let an almost central position of a region of the second surface be areference central position, and when a plane that comes in contact with the first surfaceand the reference plane are almost parallel to each other, let a position of a contactpoint of the plane that comes in contact with the first surface and the first surface,projected on the reference plane, be an apical curvature position, then the first surfacehas the curvature by which the reference central position and the apical curvatureposition are varied by a predetermined distance in a predetermined direction, accordingto the reference central position of the micro-lens element on the reference plane.
