摘要：A radiation sensor means for detecting a radiation comprises a radiation sensorelement outputting a current which is generated by the incident radiation power, adetection circuit detecting the current generated by the radiation sensor element, and areset circuit connected to the radiation sensor element in such a way that, when saidreset circuit is driven by a reset signal, the charge carriers produced by the incidentradiation power recombine at a rate which is higher than the rate without the reset signal,the reset signal being adapted to be applied to said reset circuit by means of thedetection circuit.
