There are quite a few people that I admire greatly, but the one that comes first on my list is Abraham Lincoln, the great American emancipator. Although he was born poor, he worked hard and honestly, and eventually became President of the United States.
The person I admire most is Kevin Garnett. He is a basketball player who comes from NBA. I think he is one of the best power forwards in the NBA. I like his skills, so I admire him most. (He is in Boston now.) He is also full of love. When there was a typhoon in the land, he gave the city one million dollars. From him, I have learnt that we must help other people when they are in trouble.
In this world, I admire Jacky Chen most. Because he succeeds (is successful) in movies. And he loves his country very much. He also helps the poor. He takes out his parts of money to let some poor children go to school. And he also sends some clothes and food to them. He is very kind. I learn many things from him. For example, we should help some poor people to let them have better life. We must love our country. I love Jacky very much.
In this world, I admire firemen most. I admire them because they are very brave. They put out fires and save other people. They are in great danger when they work, but they are not afraid. Some firemen lose their lives when they are putting out fires, but they will still live in our mind. We will remember the firemen who are dead in fire. I learn a lot of things from them. For example, we should be brave when we are facing danger. We should also be kind.
I admire my teachers most. Teachers are like my parents in the school. They teach me a lot of happiness. The teachers in Sichuan are the greatest teachers I have ever seen. They used their arms to protect their students. They used their lives to educate their students. Teachers let me know how to help others. They teach me how to be happy as well.
Do you know Microsoft? Do you know who created it? Yes, he is Bill Gates. He is the person I admire most. He is an intelligent and capable man. Before graduating from the school, he set up the company. He worked very hard and made a great success. He is also a
philanthropist. He gave most of his property to the society. I can learn a lot from him, such as how to make money in a wise way and never forget to return the love to the society.
I admire Abraham Lincoln most. The reason why I admire him is that he was the first president of the United States who stood for the black, especially for the slaves. He was a brave man. (And) although he was born in a poor family, and had just been schooling for one year, he never gave up studying. He tried his best to study hard and learnt as many things as he can.
I can learn two things from him. One is that never give up no matter what happened. The other one is that a person can make himself successful by practising, studying and trying for millions or even billions of times but not by just thinking or saying without actions.
