反方一辩: First , I have to admit that economy is very important , but I want to ask opponent debaters a questions . what is priority?
正方二辩：Priority means , when two choices can’t be chosen at the same time , we have choose one out .
反方一辩：Yeah , your explanation is pefect . So , whether to choose economic or environment protection is just a problem about priority not premise . As we all know , economic growth can only bring short-term profits to people while environment protection can bring long-term benefit . When the two come into collision with each with each other , we should of course choose environmrnt protection .
正方二辩 ：Not all the environment growth can be realized just through sacrifising economic growth , because not all the environmental problems are caused by ecomomy , such as some natural disasters . And solving these environmental problems always costs a lot . So , ecomomic growth is needed.
反方二辩 ：Although not all the environmental problems are caused by economic growth , I think , economic factors are the main causes . As we all know , in order to meet the demand of production , many trees are cut down and many animals are killed , which causes many species dying out .
