Protecting animals

Animals are the friends of us.Various animals make the earth more wonderful.However,the animal’s current situation is not very optimistic.Due to some reasons,the number of some kinds of animals is decreasing,and even some are facing the danger of becoming extinct.

For example,the cheetah,which is the fastest animal on land,is in serious danger.Because of the loss of habitat,the number of the cheetahs is more and more small.It is estimated that fewer than 12,000 cheetahs remain in existence in the wild today.In addition,polar bear,an umbrella species in the Arctic,is also in trouble because of global warming,which leads to that the ice melt so that polar bear can’t get enough food.What’s more,other aspects also have effect on animals,such as the pollution and the hunting.

Fortunately,some people have realized the importance of protecting animals.As a result,some measures have been taken,such as setting up Wildlife Reserves.Besides,some volunteers also concentrate on protecting them.For instance,many photographers go close to the animals to capture them on camera and brought the endangerment of these animals into worldwide focus.

I believe we can save the animals by our effort.
