The Importance of physical Exercises
With the fast past of modern life, people tend to live a very passive and mechamic life every day. They hurry to go to have their fast-food lunch. Interestingly ,many white-collar people like to spend much of their spare time on nightlife .As a result,they find no time for their health ,and some of them don't bother to do any exercises or have regular body examination .
Everyone knows the importance of physical exercises verywell but not everyone detemines to take steps to participate in the practice .One major excuse is that they are too busy,but it is not completely true, In effect , it is the matter of one's idea of exercise . Modern people are under the press of all kinds ,physical ,physiological and psychological . Most peole many neglect that physical health is basic to one's health in other aspects .Therefore, it is time that everyone began to take part in certain sports.
One problem is that there are no enough public facilities , for people to join in exercises .The government shloud invest on the construction of public athletic undertaking .For example ,there should be at least one gym in each district including some small courts for exercises. And in college PE should one of the most important courses and students should be encouraged to learn one sport every year .with all this ,the health level of our nation will be improved dramatically.
