 供应链管理与企业竞争

摘要:为了在竞争激烈的市场中保持竞争优势, 企业需要调整自己的竞争战略。当今, 企业不仅要追求低成本、高质量, 更要注重以最短的时间满足顾客的需求。为了实现这一目标, 供应链管理是一个现实的战略性的选择, 是通往这一目标的有效途径。供应链管理通过降低库存和运输费用以降低成本,通过与供应商建立长期的战略性的合作关系和有效的供应商管理来保证产品的高质量, 通过优化生产过程和从采购、生产到销售和服务的物流, 保证以最短的时间满足顾客的需求。对于我国企业来说, 由于现阶段缺乏资金, 管理落后, 把有限的人力、物力集中在企业管理比较容易改进的地方,挖掘内部潜力, 是提高经济效益和市场竞争力的关键。而供应链管理就是应该关注的焦点。

Abstract: in order to in a competitive market keep competitive advantage, enterprises need to adjust their competitive strategy. Nowadays, enterprise should not only seek low cost, high quality, more should pay attention to in the shortest time to satisfy customer demand. In order to achieve this goal, the supply chain management is a realistic strategic choice, is the gateway to this goal in an effective way. Supply chain management by reducing inventory and transport to reduce costs, through and establish long-term strategic supplier cooperation relations and effective supplier management to ensure the high quality of the products, through optimizing production processes and from purchasing, production to sales and service, guarantee the logistics in the shortest time to satisfy customer demand. To our country enterprise speaking, due to lack of funds, poor management at present, the limited manpower and material resources concentrated in enterprise management easier to improve place, mining internal potential, is to improve the economic benefit and the market competitiveness of the key. And supply chain management is should focus.
