摘要：I have invented a device, which will introduce ozone into the combustionchambers of all internal combustion engines by passing ambient air through the intake
manifold and between the electrodes of a high voltage silent discharge, where theoxygen with two atoms is thereby, instantaneously converted to ozone, providing rapidand complete combustion from the added fifty percent more oxygen by weight andvolume, providing greater power and efficiency and practically eliminating the need for acatalytic converter to eliminate pollution.
