摘要：1394835 Polyamide filaments BADISCHE ANILIN- & SODA-FABRIK AG 19 Sept1972 [20 Sept 1971] 43258/72 Heading B5B Filaments of synthetic linear polyamidescontaining 2-15% by weight of an alkoxylated polyamide, preferably 4 to 10%, are madeby subjecting a molten mixture thereof to thorough mixing so that the alkoxylatedpolyamide is present in the finished filaments in the form of particles having a diameterof not more than 0À1 Á, and filtering the molten mixture at least once through a filterhaving a pore width of not more than 20 Á, after which the mixture, optionally after beingconverted to chip form, is melt spun, the molten mixture being maintained in the moltenstate for a total period of not more than 30 minutes, and without the melt temperatureexceeding 290‹ C. Mixing and filtration may be effected in the spinning apparatus by usinga spinning extruder capable of providing thorough mixing and placing a filter immediatelydownstream of the spinning nozzle. The spun filament may be drawn at ratios of 1 : 2À5to 1 : 45. Filaments so made have a greatly reduced tendency to build up electrostaticcharges.
