摘要：A method for assembling a condition-responsive electric switch mechanismhaving a snap-acting bistable spring switch element. The switch mechanism is assembledsubstantially in its entirety except for the capillary tube. The switch mechanism is thencalibrated without the capillary tube using air pressure. Following calibration, thecapillary tube is sealingly connected to the bellows, the capillary tube and bellows arefilled with the operating fluid, typically a refrigerant, and the capillary tube is sealed tocapture the operating fluid within the bellows and capillary tube.
